Refunds

• Refunds are available if we receive no less than two business days advance notice.

Reschedule

• If you cannot attend class, notify us before it begins and we will allow a one-time reschedule at no additional charge.

Neither refunds nor re-enrollments will be made if:

• You fail to show at class and no notice was given prior to class
• If you are late and not admitted to class.

Classroom Safety

On behalf of our team at Rescue Training Institute, we recognize that you may have concerns about your upcoming training. The comfort and safety of our clients and team members are always our paramount concern. We have stringent sanitation procedures in place to ensure the safety of everyone in the courses we teach.

Our safety policy includes the following:

• Instructors will disinfect specific training equipment between each class.
• We will continue to have an individual CPR manikin for each student.
• We will continue to use ventilation filters in lieu of face shields.
• Physical distancing will no longer be practiced.
• Group training in scenario based exercises will resume.
