Bringing EMS professionals to your classrooms is what we do everyday
in Northern California. We offer CPR, AED, and First Aid training at your
training location. Or you can opt to attend one of our open enrollment
sessions in Northern California.
American Heart Association Courses
Our CPR and AED courses are provided via the American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) training which reinforces understanding of the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, basic steps of performing CPR, relieving choking, and using an AED and the role of each link in the Chain of Survival. Healthcare Provider CPR and Heartsaver CPR are the two major classifications of courses provided by RTI. Your textbook can be purchased in class. Certification cards are valid for two years.
Medic First Aid Courses
MEDIC FIRST AID®Basic is a combined adult CPR and first aid training program designed specifically for the occupational first aid provider. This training is available throughout the Northern California Area. This extremely flexible program will help employers meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work.
All certification cards are valid for two years (Bloodborne Pathogens program is a one year certification in California) and are available at the end of your course. There is no written exam with any of these courses. A student manual is included in the cost of class and will be handed out in each of these courses.
ASHI and FIRST Safety Institute classes coming soon.
